VACATION RESERVATIONS:

Call us at 1-800-845-0647 or 843-449-4477 to make your reservations. If you know the number of people in your party, your arrival and departure dates as well as the method of payment for your deposit, it will be helpful. Also, remember the earlier you call the larger the selection of properties to choose from.

Hours of operation are Monday thru Saturday 9-5, with closing time extended to 6pm on Saturdays during peak summer weeks.  *From June to August, check in time may be extended due to extra cleaning or maintenance issues. We appreciate your patience.*   

WEEKLY: During the peak season and some holidays our rental properties are strictly rented from Saturday to Saturday.  Some deviations may be made on a last minute basis, dependent upon availability. 

NIGHTLY:  Our properties may be available for nightly rentals.  Depending on the property requirements, there may be a three to four night minimum. 

MONTHLY:  If you desire to spend a month or more with us, please visit our Winter Rental section of the website. By staying with us for 91 days or more, you will escape the tax man saving as much as 13% on the rental rate.

Some properties may be available for monthly rentals based on availability.  Monthly rentals are not available during peak season. 

Check in begins AFTER 3PM as properties become available. 

Booe Realty makes every effort to insure your property is clean and ready for occupancy. However, during the summer, in some instances in may be necessary to delay check-in until the property is ready.  Our cleaning and maintenance crews need proper time prepare the property for arrival.

Check out is 10AM.  Upon departure, guests are required to complete the following;

  • Clean and put away all dishes, pots, pans and silverware.  Completely empty dishwasher
  • Dispose of all trash
  • If linens were rented, place all sheets, pillowcases and towels on the kitchen floor.  BLANKETS, COMFORTORS, PILLOWS, AND MATTRESS PADS ARE TO BE LEFT ON BEDS.
  • Remove all personal possessions including all opened food and beverages.  Leaving such items may result in additional cleaning costs.   Booe Realty is not responsible for items left in the unit or on the premises.  If you have any unopened, non-perishable food items, you are welcome to bring to the office with your key drop off and it will be donated to our local foodbank.
  • Double check property for personal belongings.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • Lock all doors and return all keys to the Booe Realty office by 10AM.   

DEPOSIT FOR RESERVATION:

The amount of the deposit required to confirm your vacation reservation is 1/2 the rental amount or $255, whichever is greater plus the Red Sky Trip Insurance premium. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, personal check, or money orders as a deposit. If you pay your deposit by check, your check must be received in our office within 10 days of date in which reservation was made or the reservation will be canceled.  Please make checks payable to Booe Realty.  A confirmation will be available through the Booe Realty website on your guest portal. Please review vacation Travel Protection information. If you wish to carry Red Sky Trip Insurance on your vacation, you must opt in within 10 days of the date of your first payment toward your reservation. After 10 days, trip insurance is non-refundable.

Final balance must be received 30 days prior to arrival.

Late payments, returned checks or declined credit cards may be cause for forfeiture of reservation and all prior deposits.  Any returned checks will incur a fee and checks will no longer be accepted for reservation payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations made on or prior to 30 days before arrival will be handled as follows: Myrtle Beach Condos or Townhouses - All monies paid will be refunded, less cancellation fee, reservation processing fee and trip insurance premium (if applicable). Houses - No monies will be refunded unless the house is re-rented for the same time period. If re-rented, the reservation processing fee and trip cancellation insurance is not refunded. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will be handled as follows: Myrtle Beach Condos, Townhouses, or Houses (all properties) - All monies will be forfeited unless the property is re-rented for the exact time period. Booe Realty reserves the right to apply guest’s money to another arrival date. Again, in the event a cancellation of any kind is made, cancellation fee, reservation processing fee and trip cancellation insurance is not refundable. 

Guest must be at least 25 years of age or older to reserve/book and /or confirm a reservation.  Proof of ID is required at check-in. 

Hurricane, Storm and Inclement Weather Policy:  During Hurricane season, Booe Realty refund policies and procedures will be posted and provided to each guest at check-in.  Please take time to review these policies.  Should a mandatory evacuation should occur during your stay, you will be required to evacuate as issued by authorities. We strongly suggest purchasing the trip insurance to protect your vacation investment. 

ERRORS:

**Although every precaution has been taken, the web site may contain errors. We reserve the right to make necessary corrections or changes. Prices are subject to change without notice and may differ from the web site.**

LINEN RENTALS:

In order to save $$ on your vacation, we give our guests the option of bringing their own linens or renting them through Booe Realty. Basic package supply includes bath towels, washcloths and the appropriate bed linens, bath mats and dish towels. Linen rentals does not include bed set-up, but this service can be added for an additional fee. Please notify us at least two weeks prior to arrival if you desire linens for your vacation. For an additional charge, we also offer a Booster Pack of linens which will double the number of towels and washcloths.

MISCELLANEOUS RENTALS:

We can refer you to several local companies that can accommodate your needs.

ADDITIONAL SUPPLIES AND ITEMS TO BRING:

Cleaning supplies, paper products, soap, dishwasher detergent, cleaners are not furnished in properties. Don’t forget to pack beach towels, toys, chairs, coolers, beach blankets and sunscreen. If you forget something, there is plenty of shopping opportunities here at the beach.

Please Note: We provide starter amenities upon check-in. This includes travel-size bathroom soap bars & toilet paper rolls for the bathroom. In the kitchen, you will find starter packs dishwashing detergent and one paper towel roll.  One trash bag will be placed in each trash bin.  The kitchen is fully stocked with cutlery, cooking utensils, appliances, and dinnerware. ADVANCED TENTATIVE RESERVATIONS:

During your Myrtle Beach vacation, you may make plans to reserve a vacation unit again for next year. Owners have top priority, followed by this year's renter. If you have not made a tentative reservation by check out time, the unit may be reserved by anyone on a first come first serve basis. To make a tentative reservation, stop by or call our office anytime during office hours. A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to reserve.

VACATION TRAVEL PROTECTION INSURANCE:

Although it is our desire to make everything excellent for your vacation, we understand that situations arise whereby you must cancel your trip. In the unfortunate event you must cancel, Booe Realty is proud to offer vacation travel insurance though our insurance provider, Red Sky Travel Insurance. Vacation travel insurance is optional.  If you would like to accept this offer, please indicate so at time of booking and it will be added to your confirmation. The premium will be due at the time of your deposit.  After 10 days, trip insurance is non-refundable. We strongly encourage taking this trip insurance in that it covers a great deal of issues that may arise before and during your vacation and extends coverage to those traveling with you. Please speak to one of our vacation planners and let them answer any questions that will give you that peace of mind you deserve. SUBLEASING:

This agreement may not be assigned or subleased without prior written consent from Booe Realty.

REQUIRED ACCESS:

It may be necessary to enter the unit during occupancy at a reasonable hour for repairs, care or management of the property.

OUTDOOR GRILLING:

Absolutely no grilling on porches or balconies. Grill only in the designated grilling areas. Fireworks are also strictly prohibited. Please refer and abide with local laws.

GROUPS, HOUSEPARTIES & OCCUPANCY LIMITS:

Guest must be at least 25 years of age or older to reserve/book and /or confirm a reservation.  Proof of ID is required at check-in.   

Overcrowding and house parties are strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated. We do not allow groups unless pre-approved at the time of the reservation. Upon approval, an additional security deposit and cleaning fee may be required. Please be prepared to show photo ID. The maximum number of guests is limited to the specific number of sleeping accommodations of the rental property.  The only exceptions are infants.  A guest list must be provided at check-in with names of each guest that will be staying at the rental during the time of your rental dates.

Groups violating these restrictions or exceeding occupancy limits will be denied occupancy and/or evicted with the loss of ALL monies paid.

PETS:

Some of our properties are pet-friendly, although a majority do not permit pets on site.  If you rent a pet-friendly property, you must disclose that you are bringing a pet at the time of booking.  Misrepresentation could result in eviction without refund and a $500 fine will automatically be charged to the card on file.

We do require a copy of inoculation papers by the time final payment is made. Certain weight restrictions will apply so please verify this with the reservations agent.

SUBSTITUTIONS:

We reserve the right to substitute comparable Myrtle Beach vacation accommodations without notice or liability, should it become necessary. If comparable accommodations are not available, renter has the option of selecting from available properties at prices shown or receiving a complete refund of all deposits.

VACATION PROPERTY FURNISHINGS:

Properties are privately owned and are furnished according to the owner's taste. Please do not rearrange furniture, televisions or remove any items.  Neither Booe Realty nor the owner will be obligated to provide additional furnishings or equipment not presently available in the unit. Although every precaution has been made to ensure that the property descriptions are accurate, we cannot be held responsible for any errors and/or changes to the property. Booe Realty will not be held liable for these changes. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs with suitable substitutions. If there are any items that you must have to complete your vacation, please bring them from home so you will not be inconvenienced. We may not have access to just the right thing.  All properties are inspected before and after each occupancy.  Rental guests have full financial responsibility for any and all damages due to misuse, willful misconduct, negligence or missing items.

REPAIRS:

Our properties are well maintained and clean, but please understand that these homes can occasionally experience unexpected problems just like your own home.  Please report any maintenance issues to our office.  We cannot guarantee air conditioning, cable TV, Internet access, or other appliances, but we do guarantee that repairs will be made as soon as possible. We do not guarantee pools or hot tubs. No refunds, credit adjustments, property substitutions or relocations will be issued for any mechanical failures including, but not limited to delays due to receiving parts needed for repairs, delays due to service and/or utility companies and requests made outside of operating hours or holidays.

In the event you are in need of repairs after normal business hours, please call our 24 hour emergency service at 843-497-3475.  Non-Emergency After Hours call may be subject to charges.

PARKING:

Parking: Boats, trailers, motorcycles and campers are prohibited due to space limitations and HOA rules. All complexes have limited parking. Do not plan to bring more than two cars per unit. If you have a specific question, please inquire about parking with the reservationist.  Booe Realty is not responsible for parking tickets or towing of vehicles

DAMAGE DEPOSIT:

Please inquire. Note: Higher security deposits may be required at the discretion of Booe Realty.

HURRICANE STORM POLICY:

Although we prefer not to use the word "Hurricane”, unfortunately it is a part of our life here at the beach. During Hurricane Season (June 1st thru November 30th) Booe Realty procedures and refund policies will be posted and provided to each guest at check in. Please take the time to review the policies. DEPARTURE MAID SERVICE:

Departure maid service is required on each reservation and priced based on the unit size. Upon departure, guests are responsible for the following: 1. Clean and put away all dishes, glasses, pots and other kitchen utensils. 2. Put trash in plastic bag and take to dumpster or outside trash cans. 3. If linens are rented from Booe, place in bag and put on kitchen floor. 4. Make beds with pillows and spreads.

Should all the above departure cleaning procedures not be completed, it may result in additional cleaning costs charged to the guest. Booe will not be responsible for items left in the properties.

If anything is unsatisfactory about your unit (i.e. cleaning) please contact our office on the day of arrival and please allow our office to correct the problem or issues in a fair amount of time. No refunds will be given.

HOA AND PROPERTY MANAGEMENT:

Some properties are located within communities with Home Owner Associations (HOA) that have restrictions against certain items and/or activities such as motorcycles, golf carts, pets, etc.  In some cases violation of HOA restrictions are subject to fines which will be the sole responsibility of the guest for not complying with these restrictions.  If you are unsure if any items you are traveling which violates HOA rules, please verify with Booe Realty.
