Ideally situated on the northern end of Myrtle Beach, Dry Dock 101 condominium stands as one of Booe Realty's professionally managed vacation rental offerings. This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo lies just a stone's throw from the pristine shoreline. The Dry Dock vacation rental boasts a generously sized living area with a dining space, a fully equipped kitchen, and not one, but two balconies  directly overlooking the tranquil pool area.

Each Dry Dock condo comes equipped with a range of standard amenities, including central heating/air conditioning, plush carpeting, cable television (featuring a 42" flat screen and two 27" flat screens), a microwave, washer/dryer, and dishwasher. It's essential to note that Dry Dock does not allow golf carts or motorcycles.  Pets are welcome! 

For added peace of mind, Booe Realty provides the option of travel insurance through Red Sky Travel Insurance and includes a Limited Accidental Damage Waiver for each guest upon check-in. Booe Realty offers an array of rental options, encompassing vacation rentals, winter rentals, long-term rentals, and real estate sales throughout the Myrtle Beach/Grand Strand area. Whether you're interested in weekly vacation rentals or contemplating shorter stays and winter rentals, we have your needs covered.

Bedding arrangement: 1 King, 2 Twins, and 1 Queen sleeper sofa.

Bedspreads, blankets and pillows are included with this vacation rental. Linen rentals as well as miscellaneous equipment rentals are available from Booe Realty if you do not wish to travel with your own.

Amazing place to stay

My family and I drove down and stayed here, and absolutely loved it!!! The beds are so comfortable, it was super clean and had everything that we needed. Having the pool right off of the balcony was amazing. The location is great, the beach is a really short walk, it is conveniently located to really good restaurants and shopping centers. We can not come back and stay here again.

Absolutely amazing! Wonderful area with lots to do in walking distance, short drives to other fun areas and shopping centers as well! The pool was amazing and the condo had everything we needed

The place was super spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with utensils to use, easy access to the pool, short walk to the beach, food, and stores. Nicely in the middle of everything, not long drives to destinations. Overall wonderful stay, I will be returning!

My family and I stayed here last summer and loved it! Out of the 3 other places we stayed with Booe Realty this was our favorite. Great location and up to date furnishings made for a comfortable stay. We will return this July 2020

What an AMAZING place! This is a perfect place for a family vacation. The 2 bedroom condo was spacious for our family and everything was immaculate. It is centrally located. It is a 2 min walk to the beautiful beach and a 3 minute walk to many delicious restaurants. Had such a great time and I will definitely visit again.
