How can I see which long-term rentals are available?

You can browse all current long-term rental listings—including interior and exterior photos—at booerealty.com. You’re also welcome to stop by our office at 7728 N. Kings Hwy, Myrtle Beach, SC 29572 to pick up an availability list.

To tour a property, you’ll need a valid driver’s license and a refundable $10 key deposit.

What happens after I find a rental I like?

Visit our office to complete a rental application (cost is $75 per applicant). As part of the screening process, we run a credit report, background check, eviction search, and verify employment and landlord references. Application processing typically takes 24–48 hours.

How do I secure a rental once my application is approved?

Once your application is approved, we’ll review the rental terms with both you and the property owner. When both parties agree, we prepare the lease.
To officially secure the home, you must:

  • Sign the lease (even if your move-in date is several weeks away)

  • Pay the full security deposit at lease-signing. For student renters, a parent or guardian may be required to co-sign.

What do I need to bring on move-in day?

To receive your keys, please bring:

  • The remaining balance of all move-in funds (security deposit, pet deposit if applicable, and first month’s rent)

  • Payment in cash, money order, bank check, or credit/debit card. (Personal checks are NOT accepted for move-in—no exceptions.)

  • Proof that utilities have been placed in your name, such as receipts or confirmation from the utility provider. These may also be faxed directly to our office.

How and when do I pay rent each month?

Once your lease begins, you’ll receive login credentials for our online tenant portal, where you can pay rent using a credit or debit card.
You may also pay by:

  • Check

  • Money order

  • Cash (in person at our office)
