Spend your beach getaway enjoying the sound of waves crashing and live music from the famous Ocean Annie’s Beach Club from a private balcony in A Place at the Beach 9540 1A. 

This fully renovated first-floor beach getaway is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in A Place at the Beach III. This condo has everything you need to enjoy your next vacation!  Relax with high-efficiency AC and a King bed. Comfortably sleeps 6 with 1 King,1 full, 1 twin, and pull-out Queen. Rental includes bedspreads, blankets, and pillows.  Sheets, towels and other equipment rentals are available from Booe Realty.  Resort does not allow pets or motorcycles. Unit is non-smoking. One parking pass provided per property.

If you need a break from fun in the sun, this bright and airy condo is close to shopping and entertainment venues such as the Tanger Outlets, Pirates Voyage, and Barefoot Landing.  

Monthly rentals are available in the winter. 

A Place at the Beach resort features swimming pools, sun decks, a grilling area, beach access and internet. Each building has coin operated washer and dryer facilities. For peace of mind, Booe Realty offers trip insurance through Red Sky Travel Insurance and provides renters with a Limited Accidental Damage Waiver at check-in.

A perfect place at the beach!

Had the pleasure of staying in this unit last August. It such a great unit, open, airy, and beautifully decorated. You can listen to live music from Ocean Annies or if that's not your thing, just close the doors and windows, you will barely hear a thing. I started every morning with my coffee on the balcony enjoying the sounds and smell of the ocean, a one to two minute walk ( we had kids in our party so some walks took a little longer :) ) and you are on the beach. Also worth noting that we really never heard our neighbors, perfect for relaxing day or night. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for vacation cooking, the shower in the master is to die for and I found my bed very comfy. Will definitely stay here again, hopefully this year.

Tastefully decorated. Enough room for the whole family. The bed wasn't super comfortable but I would stay here again. The unit isn't oceanfront but you can still enjoy a view of the ocean waves from the balcony. There's only one parking pass per unit and no hand soap or liquid dish soap provided but there was a little dishwasher detergent. Plenty of towels and bed linens provided. If you forgot anything Kroger is very close and Walmart and dollar tree not too far. Ocean Annie's and Flip Flops bar and grill are within walking distance. Apache Pier is also within walking distance. The beach is quite and clean. All in all we really enjoyed our stay. The Booe reality team are so warm and inviting. Thank you for a nice peaceful family vacation! See you next time!

We had the best getaway at this beautiful condo. We had planned to do a lot in the area but we loved the place so much we just relaxed there watching and listening to the ocean waves. This place is modern, clean and has everything you might need for a great revitalizing getaway.

Really enjoyed this unit. Everything in it is new and clean. Versatile kitchen space and an open feel. Incredible shower in the master! Plenty of space and so close to the water I pretty much forgot I had a car for a week.

Awesome place to spend your vacation. Upgraded unit with a primary shower that makes you want to stay longer. A 1 minute walk and you have sand beneath your feet and I’m seen your toes. Location is great with only a short drive to some of Myrtle Beaches main attractions.
