This very spacious 6 bedroom, 5 bath beach house is nestled in the very secluded residential Beach Drive section located on the north end of Myrtle Beach.  This beach home has been a Booe Realty vacation rental property for many years providing families many fond vacation memories. The Whitaker House features Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2 porches, large living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and the downstairs offers 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, large family room, washer/dryer and an oceanfront patio. Central heat and air in home. Affordably priced for that special vacation! A small pet is allowed for a small fee and with some restrictions. Maximum occupancy is 16 people.

Bedspreads, blankets and pillows are included with The Whitaker House. Linen rentals as well as miscellaneous equipment rentals are available from Booe Realty if you do not wish to travel with your own. For peace of mind, Booe Realty does offer travel insurance through Red Sky Travel Insurance and provides each renter with a Limited Accidental Damage Waiver at check-in.

Booe Realty offers vacation rentals, winter rentals, long term rentals and real estate sales throughout the Myrtle Beach/Grand Strand area. No large gatherings, ceremonies, tents of outside music permitted.

 

1 Queen, 8 Twins, 3 Doubles.  Will allow one dog up to 50 lbs.  If bringing a pet, shot records will be required prior to, or at check-in.

We love this well kept, well stocked house. The screened-in ocean front porch alone sells it! We're a family of 10 - ages 9 - 84 - and the Whitaker House meets all of our needs. We've stayed in it twice now and are so excited that we found this gem! Can't wait to go back!

Our family traveled to Myrtle Beach to visit our sister and we stayed in this awesome beach house! The back deck and screened porch are the bees knees and is where we spent all our time. I actually slept out there our first night which was great until I woke up cold and wet from dew and ocean spray at sunrise over the ocean (beautiful)!! They had a baby pool, pack n play and boogie boards that came in handy. We went grocery shopping and to a fresh seafood market very close by and ate like the elite prepared right in the kitchen. This house is not perfect, but it's pretty close! We managed to dodge hurricane Dorian by 1 day. Can't get much better than that. Good times!!
