This beautifully furnished condo features a spacious living area, a dining area and fully equipped kitchen plus a Kuerig coffee bar. Savannah Shores is equipped with standard amenities, including central heating/air conditioning, and a washer/dryer.

Situated just a stone's throw away from the renowned Restaurant Row, Savannah Shores offers easy access to an array of shopping destinations, including Tanger Outlet and Myrtle Beach Mall. Notable attractions like Barefoot Landing, Pirates Voyage, and Carolina Opry are also conveniently close. 

The condo complex boasts a suite of on-site amenities, including a fitness center, business center (featuring wireless internet access and computer facilities), a picturesque swimming pool with a fountain, a putting green, a spectator gazebo, a playground area, well-lit tennis courts, a volleyball court, and inviting grilling areas.

Savannah Shores does not permit motorcycles or golf carts, but is pet friendly.  

For added peace of mind, Booe Realty extends the option of travel insurance through Red Sky Travel Insurance. Moreover, each guest receives a Limited Accidental Damage Waiver at check-in, ensuring a worry-free stay. 

Accommodations in the Savannah Shores complex are available for weekly vacation rentals and may also accommodate daily stays and winter rentals.

Spent a nice long weekend @ Savannah Shores 12 and I can't wait to go back. The condo is beautiful, with plenty of space and nice and clean. So many activities and attractions near by and the beach is a 6 minute drive.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Savannah Shores 12 condo while on a mini-vacation. The condo is pristine and offers the perfect balance of quiet comfort, convenience, and relaxation. There were an abundance of amenities in and around the condo. The beach is a short drive, as are golf courses, shopping areas and restaurants. I wholeheartedly recommend this condo unit. You won’t be disappointed!

Just spent a long weekend at this very cozy, warm, nicely decorated condo.Everything there to make your own meals or go out and grab something, go shopping. So many things to do for all.Can’t wait to go back to spend time at the beach. Highly recommend this condo and sure you will too!
