For peace of mind, Booe Realty offers travel insurance through Red Sky Travel Insurance and provides each renter with a Limited Accidental Damage Waiver at check-in. Booe Realty caters to various rental needs, offering vacation rentals, winter rentals, long-term rentals, and real estate sales throughout the Myrtle Beach/Grand Strand area. Myrtle Beach vacation rentals in the Sands Ocean Club complex are available for weekly vacation rentals and may also be available for daily stays and winter rentals.

Please note there is a parking fee of $25 per car for the entire duration of your stay and a daily trash fee of $5 not included in your reservation total. Both of these fees will need to be paid at the onsite front desk. This 2 Queen, 2nd-floor efficiency was newly remodeled in August 2023.

Bedspreads, blankets and pillows are included with this vacation rental. Linen rentals as well as miscellaneous equipment rentals are available from Booe Realty if you do not wish to travel with your own.

Wonderful condo!

This condo was absolutely amazing, and the daily rate was so affordable! I couldn't believe our luck when we found it online. It was the perfect size for myself and my boyfriend, and the location within the resort allowed us to enjoy all the amenities without the extra resort fees. The full kitchen is so convenient and is equipped with all the essentials. We didn't want to bring our own towels so we rented them from Booe Realty which was a breeze. There was also a lovely little oceanfront balcony we enjoyed. Other pluses were comfortable beds and great A/C. Things to note: My phone (Verizon is my carrier) couldn't place a single call in the condo or even on the second floor. That made me a little worried for emergencies so just be aware and test your phones, or enable WiFi calling as there is free WiFi. Also, the Roku TV was no longer subscribed to Roku so we weren't able to log into any apps - We brought our FireStick which thankfully we got to work. You do have to ensure all the dishes are cleaned & put away, trash taken out, and rental linens gathered. You also have to get & drop off the keys at the Booe Realty office, but it's right on the way to the airport. The staff member, Journey, was so friendly when we stopped in and we were even able to check in early. I would highly recommend staying at this condo, you will be hard pressed to find a better price or experience!
