This is a very clean and modern unit. The bed in the master bedroom is comfortable. All the amenities you would need. Even the deck furniture is new and comfy. Great view of the beach and quiet. You cannot hear Ocean Annies from the deck. It gets loud over there at night and we never heard noise. Booe Realty is always a pleasure to rent from. I will rent this unit again.

The condo had everything we needed. There was nothing that we found lacking. There were games and cards available. The kitchen and baths were nicely updated. There was plenty of seating in the living area. We enjoyed the view of the ocean from the deck. It is located next to Ocean Annie's, but you don't have to worry about any loud noise. We would certainly book it again.
