Pelican's Watch complex is located just a very short distance away from the beach as well as the famous Ocean Annies Oceanfront Beach Club. Pelican's Watch properties, which have the same exact floor plan as Pelican’s Landing next door, offers spacious 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. These wonderful vacation rentals all have living rooms, dining area, completely equipped kitchen and a screened-in balcony. Condominiums come equipped with such standard amenities as central heat / air conditioning, cable television and a full size washer/dryer in a separate laundry room. The resort complex features a swimming pool, sun decks, a grilling area and beach access. Pelican's Watch does not allow pets on the premises.

Bedspreads, blankets and pillows are included with this vacation rental. Linen rentals as well as miscellaneous equipment rentals are available from Booe Realty if you do not wish to travel with your own. For peace of mind, Booe Realty does offer travel insurance through  Red Sky Travel Insurance and provides each renter with a Limited Accidental Damage Waiver at check-in. Booe Realty offers vacation rentals, winter rentals, long term rentals and real estate sales throughout the Myrtle Beach/Grand Strand area. Myrtle Beach vacation rentals in Pelican’s Watch resort complex are available for weekly vacation rentals and may be available for daily stays and winter rentals.

The location of this condo was perfect for our family. It was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the great ocean and pool views. We also liked having the small entry way for beach stuff and storage. The only issue we encountered was the Wifi had to be reset often. We would definitely rent this condo again. I do think an over the stove microwave would help with counter space in the kitchen.
