There are many restaurants within 5 minutes of The Ocean Dunes Towers (1 and 2) condominium, Ocean Dunes Villas and Ocean Dunes Townhouses are some of the many professionally managed vacation rental properties offered by Booe Realty. 

These beautiful Condominiums (1 bedroom/1 bath), Villas (2 bedroom and 2 baths) and Townhouses (3 bedroom and 2 baths) are situated less than one block from the beach on the ocean side of Ocean Blvd. Some of these properties offer with beautiful ocean views. Each Ocean Dunes property vacation rental have living rooms, dining area, completely equipped kitchen and a balcony. Each property comes equipped with standard amenities such as heat/air conditioning and cable television.

For peace of mind, Booe Realty does offer travel insurance through Red Sky Travel Insurance and provides each renter with a Limited Accidental Damage Waiver at check-in. Booe Realty offers vacation rentals, winter rentals, long term rentals and real estate sales throughout the Myrtle Beach/Grand Strand area. Myrtle Beach vacation rentals at Ocean Dunes Villas units are available for weekly vacation rentals and may be available for daily stays and winter rentals.

4 Doubles, Queen sleeper sofa.  Blankets and pillows are provided in each unit, but bed linens, such as sheets, pillow cases and towels, are not.  You may bring your own or call us in advance to order linens.  If bringing a pet, shot records will be required prior to, or at check-in.

We stayed in ODV 5110 & 5111 March 31-April 7th and really enjoyed it. Loved the newly remodeled unit. So clean & fresh. We had stayed in another unit there in Oct. The only suggestion I have is to make a laundry room in the half bath. I'd never stay anywhere else. Love the location. We'll be back in Oct.
