Conveniently located, these cottage complexes are just a brief 5-minute drive to the Tanger Outlet shops, a mere 10-minute drive to renowned attractions like The Carolina Opry, Pirate’s Voyage, and Barefoot Landing in North Myrtle Beach, and approximately 15 minutes to the bustling Broadway at the Beach.

Guest Cottages provide fully equipped kitchens, washer/dryer, and central heating/air conditioning. These cottages are nestled just a short stroll from the beach and offer the convenience of under-house parking and access to community pools.

For your peace of mind, Booe Realty offers travel insurance through Red Sky Travel Insurance and provides each guest with a Limited Accidental Damage Waiver at check-in. Booe Realty's services extend to vacation rentals, winter rentals, long-term rentals, and real estate sales throughout the Myrtle Beach/Grand Strand area. Whether you're looking for weekly vacation rentals, considering shorter daily stays, or exploring winter rentals, we've got you covered.

Bedding arrangement: 1 Queen bed (featuring an extra-deep pillow-top mattress), 1 Pyramid bed (double on the bottom, twin on top), and a Queen Sleeper Sofa. Motorcycles and trailers are not permitted.

Bedspreads, blankets and pillows are included with this vacation rental. Linen rentals as well as miscellaneous equipment rentals are available from Booe Realty if you do not wish to travel with your own.

We loved Guest Cottage 8G. The cottage was clean, roomy, and lets in a lot of natural light in comparison to some of the other places we have rented in the past. The kitchen was stocked with the basic appliances and necessities that we needed for the week. There's a nice full-size washer and dryer, a larger TV in the living room with tons of viewing options, and TV's in both bedrooms. My son was able to use the Wi-Fi all week to do online homework without any issue. The Guest Cottage area is nice and quiet, with lots of other vacationing families and other four legged kiddos. Our group had other family members staying in Mariner's Cove so it was nice to walk back and forth after visiting. We used one of the pools several times the week we were there (the closest one is literally a 5 second walk) and it was never overly crowded. We have been visiting Myrtle Beach since 2013 and always stay in the Shore Drive area , my family agreed that the Guest Cottage is now our favorite. We also loved that there's covered parking for two vehicles. No hunting for the closest parking spot and worrying about leaving your vehicle open to the elements. The only suggestion I have is putting a catch on the door. It slams shut pretty hard and fast without pause. But then again maybe that's intentional - there's no time for any fast moving doggies to escape out the door!

This is a great little cottage. Super clean and cozy. We brought our dog and she had a great time. Close to the beach and nightlife. We rented a golf cart and had a blast. Loved this place and would rent it again in a second.
