The Guest Cottages and Summer Cottages collection of Booe Realty’s vacation rental portfolio are situated in the very popular Shore Drive section in northern Myrtle Beach. Both of these cottage complexes are located just a 5 minute driveto the Tanger Outlet shops as well as a 10 minute drive to The Carolina Opry and Pirate’s Voyage and Barefoot Landing in North Myrtle Beach. Broadway at the Beach is located approximately 15 minutes away. These stand alone and very spacious 2, 3 or 4 bedroom cottages offer the benefits of a complex setting but with the privacy of a single private house. Guest Cottage and Summer Cottage offer fully equipped kitchens, washer/dryer and come with standard amenities such as central heat/air conditioning and cable television. These Cottages are located just a very short distance to the beach and offer under-house parking and community pools.

Bedspreads, blankets and pillows are included with this vacation rental. Linen rentals as well as miscellaneous equipment rentals are available from Booe Realty if you do not wish to travel with your own. For peace of mind, Booe Realty does offer travel insurance through Red Sky Travel Insurance and provides each renter with a Limited Accidental Damage Waiver at check-in. Booe Realty offers vacation rentals, winter rentals, long term rentals and real estate sales throughout the Myrtle Beach/Grand Strand area. Myrtle Beach vacation rentals at The Guest Cottages are available for weekly vacation rentals and may be available for daily stays and winter rentals.
