In the Beachcomber you can plan on fun in this spacious, family-friendly oceanfront home located on Myrtle Beach's famous Golden Mile. After frolicking in the surf, head back to the Beachcomber to play in the large oceanfront yard. Enjoy the fabulous ocean views while you relax in the second story sunroom, or kick back and feel the ocean breeze on the screened in porch downstairs. Accommodating up to 16 people, this professionally managed 5 bedroom and 4 bath vacation home includes a fully equipped kitchen; living room; dining area; central air/heat; cable television; phone, washer/dryer and private yard. 

The comfortable style makes this a great house for the children in your family and the amenities make for easy vacation, TVs with cable/DVD upstairs and down (3 total). Maximum occupancy is 16 people. 4 night minimum. 3-NIGHT MINIMUM allowed for certain months. Home is available for monthly winter rentals.

Bedspreads, blankets and pillows are included with the Beachcomber. Linen rentals as well as miscellaneous equipment rentals are available from Booe Realty if you do not wish to travel with your own. For peace of mind,

Booe Realty does offer travel insurance through Red Sky Travel Insurance and provides each renter with a Limited Accidental Damage Waiver at check-in. Booe Realty offers vacation rentals, winter rentals, long term rentals and real estate sales throughout the Myrtle Beach/Grand Strand area.

Wireless internet available. Must call to book stays of 3 nights. Pets allowed. Breed restrictions apply. Up to 50lb weight limit.  

No large gatherings, ceremonies, tents or outside music permitted.

2 Queens, 3 Doubles, 6 Twins, non-smoking. One dog up to 50lbs is allowed.  If bringing a pet, shot records will be required prior to, or at check-in.

Another year at the Beachcomber and another relaxing vacation. Not a fussy place the renovations from 2019 have really made it even more flexible and enjoyable. We actually enjoy cooking in the new kitchen and not feeling the need to dine out was a big benefit, especially this year.

We love the family friendly Beachcomber and return every year. The kitchen update was great. We particularly love ocean watching from the inclosed porch.

Our extended family has been going to Myrtle Beach forever and we have moved from house to house but we've been a the Beachcomber for 16 years in a row. We love the upper level porch. The variety of sleeping arrangements suits our family. The owners have made improvements through the years. It is not fancy, but it is well maintained, comfy, and in a great location. We keep thinking the owner needs to put a ceiling fan on that upper porch and convert the last tub bath to a shower, but we love it just the same.

Beachcomber is a charming older beach front home with direct beach access across the back yard & dunes. Although the furnishings are a little dated, they were all functional & well maintained. Linens were clean & neat. The kitchen was small but well equipped to cook for a large group. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the upper screened porch, beach breeze blowing, watching the ocean waves. The girls even saw a sea turtle laying eggs in the dunes one evening! Beachcomber is located in a great area of Myrtle Beach....walking distance to mini golf & ice cream... a short drive to most of the attractions. I highly recommend this property, fantastic value for a beach front rental of this size.
