Beach Colony Resort condominium complex is one of the many professionally managed vacation rental properties offered by Booe Realty. Beach Colony is located in the central area of Myrtle Beach’s Golden Mile and is a short 10 minute drive to many area restaurants as well as Ripley’s Aquarium and Broadway at the Beach! Downtown arcades and amusements are also a 5 minute drive down Ocean Boulevard. Beach Colony offers 2BR/ 2 BAor 3BR / 2BA condos with an ocean views from the balcony. These wonderful vacation rentals all have living rooms, dining area, completely equipped kitchen and a balcony offering lovely ocean views. Beach Colony condominiums come equipped with such standard amenities as central heat / air conditioning,and cable television. The Resort on-site amenities include 3 pools, lazy river and Jacuzzi, fitness room, indoor pool, hot tub,sauna, arcade, lounge and a poolside bar and grill. Beach Colony does not allow pets or motorcycles on the premises.

Bedspreads, blankets and pillows are included with this vacation rental. Linen rentals as well as miscellaneous equipment rentals are available from Booe Realty if you do not wish to travel with your own. For peace of mind, Booe Realty does offer travel insurance through  Red Sky Travel Insurance and provides each renter with a Limited Accidental Damage Waiver at check-in. Booe Realty offers vacation rentals, winter rentals, long term rentals and real estate sales throughout the Myrtle Beach/Grand Strand area. Myrtle Beach vacation rentals at Beach Colony Resorts are available for weekly vacation rentals and may be available for daily stays and winter rentals.

We loved this rental. First off, the pics are a little outdated as the kitchen has been updated with beautiful granite counters and a backsplash. The size of the room and beds in the 2nd bedroom were great. Having 2 bathrooms and a washer and dryer were very helpful with kids. The closets had someBeach stuff but we brought our own. The amenities were great and it is so close to the beach. You can view the beach from the balcony but it’s not oceanfront. The only complaints we had were the master bed was pretty hard and the gym was extremely small.

Location was excellent, condo was clean, and enough room for a small family. The appliances need updating but other than that would stay at Beach Colony 614 in the future.
