Pelican's Landing resort condominium complex is situated on the very popular Shore Drive section of Myrtle Beach and includes Oceanfront, Oceanview and Second Row professionally managed vacation rental properties offered by Booe Realty. Pelican's Landing is located just a very short walk away from the famous Ocean Annies Oceanfront Beach Bar. Pelican's Landing units have 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. These wonderful and spacious vacation rentals all have living rooms, dining area, completely equipped kitchen and a balcony. Condominiums come equipped with such standard amenities as central heat / air conditioning, carpeting, cable television, telephone, microwave, full size washer/dryer and dishwasher. The resort complex features a swimming pool, sun decks, a grilling area and beach access. Pelican's Landing does not allow pets on the premises. Bedspreads, blankets and pillows are included with this vacation rental. Linen rentals as well as miscellaneous equipment rentals are available from Booe Realty if you do not wish to travel with your own. For peace of mind, Booe Realty does offer travel insurance through CSA Travel Protection and provides each renter with a Limited Accidental Damage Waiver at check-in. Great condo! Was a bit cramped in the living area, but the bedrooms were plenty big, and the extra fridge and wet bar area was a huge bonus. Easy beach access and located in a great area. Side ocean view doesn't really apply as you can't see much. We would definitely book again though.

Road noise was a little distracting at night. Facility was in great condition and very nice. We did not have ocean view but we had access since we had another group in same building with the view.
