Booe Realty combines accounting and maintenance into one simple-to-understand statement. We offer direct deposit of rental income, at no charge, directly to your bank account. At the end of the year, a 1099 will be sent to you along with a year-end statement. We take pride in not excessively charging the owners’ account for charges for services that are included in the management fee. In other words, no nickel and diming! Here's how we accomplish that:
