General Information

Mariners Cove condominium complex is situated in the very popular Shore Drive section of Myrtle Beach as well as just a very short walk to the beach. Mariners Cove is a professionally managed vacation rental property offered by Booe Realty. Mariners Cove offers 2 bedroom / 1.5 or 2 bath units. These wonderful vacation rentals all have living rooms, dining area, completely equipped kitchen, enclosed screen porch and a balcony. Condominiums come equipped with such standard amenities as heat /air conditioning, carpeting, cable television, telephone, microwave, and dishwasher. Complex offers coin operated laundry facilities in the clubhouse. The resort complex is located next to a beautiful salt water marsh for the crabbing enthusiasts and features an outdoor swimming pool and a private clubhouse with a fireplace. Mariners Cove does not allow pets or motorcycles on the premises.Please see the detailed description below of the bedding sizes for this particular property and if your rental has a washer and dryer in the unit. The maximum occupancy is 6 people.

Bedspreads, blankets and pillows are included with this vacation rental. Linen rentals as well as miscellaneous equipment rentals are available from Booe Realty if you do not wish to travel with your own. For peace of mind, Booe Realty does offer travel insurance through CSA Travel Protection and provides each renter with a Limited Accidental Damage Waiver at check-in. Booe Realty offers vacation rentals, winter rentals, long term rentals and real estate sales throughout the Myrtle Beach/Grand Strand area. Myrtle Beach vacation rentals in the Mariners Cove resort complex are available for weekly vacation rentals and may be available for daily stays and winter rentals.

Very nice condo. Nicely furnished with well stocked kitchen. Very comfortable and inviting. Would definately rent this unit again.

Cont... The cleaning people had the condo clean and ready with the exception of the coffee pot. It was pretty disgusting when we went to use it. The only other minor complaint was that the air conditioner in master bedroom worked well but seemed to throw out too much moisture. The room had a mildew smell and clothes left out were damp. We did not report the issue-just thought it was normal for a/c units in myrtle beach. Booe is great. This is third time we have rented from Booe and stayed at Mariners cove. We will defintately return to Mariners Cover. Great location, great pool, short walk to beach.

Everthing was very nice and comfotable ,newer furniuture and everthing updated,just a short walk to the beach,a nice pool,we have stayed at Mariners Cove before,and i definately would rent this condo again

We had a wonderful vacation staying at Mariners Cove. The condo was spacious, I felt like I was at home. The atmosphere was family oriented. Very good location, close to resturants, outlet mall, grocery stores and etc. I have recommend this condo to my family and friends. Just walk across the street to the beach.
