General InformationThe Guest Cottages are situated in the very popular Shore Drive section of Myrtle Beach and are free standing and spacious cottages with the benefits of a complex setting but with the privacy of a house. Guest Cottages are located just a very short walk to the beach and are professionally managed vacation rental properties offered by Booe Realty. The Guest Cottage units have 2 bedrooms / 2 baths, 3 bedrooms / 2 baths or 4 bedroom / 3 bath. These wonderful vacation rentals all have living rooms, dining area, completely equipped kitchen and a balcony. Cottages come equipped with such standard amenities as central heat / air conditioning, carpeting, cable television, telephone, microwave washer/dryer and dishwasher. The Guest Cottages feature an outdoor swimming pool with some cottages offering beautiful marsh and golf course views. The Guest Cottages DOES NOT ALLOW pets, motorcycles or golf carts on the premises. Please see the detailed description below of the bedding sizes for this particular property. The maximum occupancy is 10 people.
Bedspreads, blankets and pillows are included with this vacation rental. Linen rentals as well as miscellaneous equipment rentals are available from Booe Realty if you do not wish to travel with your own. For peace of mind, Booe Realty does offer travel insurance through CSA Travel Protection and provides each renter with a Limited Accidental Damage Waiver at check-in. Booe Realty offers vacation rentals, winter rentals, long term rentals and real estate sales throughout the Myrtle Beach/Grand Strand area. Myrtle Beach vacation rentals at The Guest Cottages are available for weekly vacation rentals and may be available for daily stays and winter rentals.
