Booe Realty is a locally owned and operated company. We have been in business since 1971 proudly serving the entire Grand Strand area in rentals and sales. Our staff is completely dedicated to you, the homeowner, and is available 7 days a week to assist you with anything that is related to your valuable asset here at the beach. Booe Realty manages hundreds of annual rentals along the beach.
We take pride in giving our homeowners that extra special attention they deserve. Our annual staff is completely trained in all aspects that are related to the annual rental market in our area as well as the state. They are constantly updated and educated with the current laws and trends affecting our area’s rental properties. In addition to our annual staff, we have a complete in-house maintenance and cleaning staff that works hand-in-hand to assist with timely move –outs and the re-renting of the property.
