This professionally managed 5-bedroom, 4-bath vacation home comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests. It features a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, a spacious dining area, central air/heat, a washer/dryer, and a private yard.

The home's comfortable style makes it an ideal haven for the little ones in your family, while a range of amenities ensures a carefree vacation. The home is also available for monthly winter rentals.

For your peace of mind, Booe Realty offers travel insurance through Red Sky Travel Insurance and provides each renter with a Limited Accidental Damage Waiver at check-in.

Booe Realty offers a wide array of vacation rentals, winter rentals, long-term rentals, and real estate sales throughout the Myrtle Beach/Grand Strand area.

Stay connected with wireless internet, and bring along your beloved pet, subject to breed restrictions, as one dog weighing up to 50 lbs is allowed. Please note that for pet owners, shot records will be required prior to or at check-in.

Kindly refrain from hosting large gatherings, ceremonies, setting up tents, or playing outside music on the premises.

Bed configuration: 2 Queens, 3 Doubles, 6 Twins. This is a non-smoking property. Your four-legged friend is welcome, and the Beachcomber is ready to become your home away from home.

Another year at the Beachcomber and another relaxing vacation. Not a fussy place the renovations from 2019 have really made it even more flexible and enjoyable. We actually enjoy cooking in the new kitchen and not feeling the need to dine out was a big benefit, especially this year.

Our extended family has been going to Myrtle Beach forever and we have moved from house to house but we've been a the Beachcomber for 16 years in a row. We love the upper level porch. The variety of sleeping arrangements suits our family. The owners have made improvements through the years. It is not fancy, but it is well maintained, comfy, and in a great location. We keep thinking the owner needs to put a ceiling fan on that upper porch and convert the last tub bath to a shower, but we love it just the same.

Beachcomber is a charming older beach front home with direct beach access across the back yard & dunes. Although the furnishings are a little dated, they were all functional & well maintained. Linens were clean & neat. The kitchen was small but well equipped to cook for a large group. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the upper screened porch, beach breeze blowing, watching the ocean waves. The girls even saw a sea turtle laying eggs in the dunes one evening! Beachcomber is located in a great area of Myrtle Beach....walking distance to mini golf & ice cream... a short drive to most of the attractions. I highly recommend this property, fantastic value for a beach front rental of this size.

We have been leasing this home for many years now and it fits our needs perfectly. We have overflow from 4402 N Ocean Blvd. It is priced correctly for what it is...Many thanks Booe Realty!
