Wake up to the sound of waves crashing on the shore and enjoy a cup of coffee on a private balcony while you watch the sunrise over the water when staying in A Place at the Beach 9540 2G. 

This beach getaway is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in A Place At The Beach III. Enjoy features such as high-efficiency AC, private 5G WIFI, smartTVs and King Sleep Number bed. Comfortably sleeps 6 with 1 King, 1 full, 1 twin, and a pull-out Queen. Rental includes bedspreads, blankets, and pillows. Sheet, towels and other equipment rentals available from Booe Realty. Resort does not allow pets or motorcycles. Unit is non-smoking. One parking pass providedper property.

If you need a break from fun in the sun, this bright and airy condo is right next to the famous Ocean Annie’s Beach Club. Also close to shopping and entertainment venues such as the Tanger Outlets, Pirates Voyage, and Barefoot Landing.  

Monthly rentals available in the winter. 

A Place at the Beach resort complex features swimming pools, sun decks, a grilling area, beach access, and internet. Each building has coin operated washer and dryer facilities.

For peace of mind, Booe Realty offers trip insurance through Red Sky Travel Insurance and provides renters with a Limited Accidental Damage Waiver at check-in.

This place has everything you need at the beach. The location is perfect. The sunrise and ocean view made the trip. This unit has clearly been remodeled recently, and the space is used well. We can't wait to go back.

This condo is the perfect beach getaway! The renovations are beautiful and some of the upgrades are top notch! There isn’t a lot of clutter or cheesy beach decor, and the layout makes it feel very spacious. Only a few steps to the beach and a short drive to many restaurants and shops. There is a fun tiki bar next door with beachy cocktails and live music, but it is also quiet enough for some R&R! I look forward to staying here again!

Awesome place to spend your vacation. Upgraded unit with all you will need to enjoy your time not on the beach. A 1 minute walk and you have sand beneath your feet and in between your toes. Location is great with only a short drive to some of Myrtle Beaches main attractions

Heather and Jonathan 's condo was incredible. Stunning view, great amenities, 50 ft from the beach. We went over Thanksgiving and it wasn't even that crowded. I would recommend to anyone heading to Myrtle!

Amazing house close to the beach and restaurants. Good size rooms and nicely decorated (not a lot of knick knacks!) and clean. Smart TV and gaming console a plus especially when you have kids to entertain later in the day. Nice live music that ends at a good time to get some quiet evening as well.

This is a great location. The unit has a beautiful view of the water at sunrise. The condo has many recent updates and is very comfortable. The layout makes great use of the space. We had a great time and look forward to going back.

Great Location and Great Stay

Great Location. Balcony overlooks public beach access right beside Ocean Annies and beach. If you love to hear live music, this is the place to sit on the balcony and listen. Kitchen is stocked with all necessary pots/pans, etc except maybe a strainer. There is an ice maker in the fridge, but it does not work. When contacting management they indicated that this will not be fixed and most of their units do not have an ice maker. There were no ice trays, so we had to buy bags of ice. The only other issue, is that the balcony flooring stays soaking wet from the air conditioner unit from the above unit's pipes leaking on it. Management indicated that they knew about this issue. It looked as though the water build-up is rotting the wood of the floor. Hopefully it is sturdy enough to withstand weight on it.Other than the 2 mentioned issues above, the stay was great, furniture was comfortable, beds were comfortable.

Outstanding experience. The condo is extremely nice. The location is excellent with a complete view of the beach and situated right next to Ocean Annie's which provide day long live music. Would highly recommend to anyone planning a vacation in Myrtle Beach. Booe Reality is an outstanding company to deal with on all your needs.

Excellent location, very nice unit, had everything we needed and comfy master suite. Great ocean views, great view of Ocean Annie's where you can see all the action!
