The Summertimes vacation rentals all have living rooms, dining area, completely equipped kitchen and a balcony with some units overlooking the outdoor pool.Each condominium comes equipped with standard amenities such as central heat/air conditioning, cable television and a washer/dryer. Summertimes ALLOWS DOGS up to 40lbs for a small fee and motorcycles are allowed on this property. If bringing a pet, shot records will be required prior to, or at check-in.

Bedspreads, blankets and pillows are included with this vacation rental. Linen rentals as well as miscellaneous equipment rentals are available from Booe Realty if you do not wish to travel with your own. For peace of mind, Booe Realty does offer travel insurance through Red Sky Travel Insurance and provides each renter with a Limited Accidental Damage Waiver at check-in.
