The Green Cottage is well-appointed with a fully equipped kitchen, a washer/dryer, a spacious screen porch, an inviting backyard, a two-car garage, central heating and air conditioning, and the beach is just a stone's throw away!

This location is a fantastic choice for family reunions, and it warmly welcomes motorcycles.

For added peace of mind, Booe Realty provides the option of travel insurance through Red Sky Travel Insurance and includes a Limited Accidental Damage Waiver for each guest at check-in. Booe Realty offers an array of rental options, encompassing vacation rentals, winter rentals, long-term rentals, and real estate sales throughout the Myrtle Beach/Grand Strand area. Whether you're seeking weekly vacation rentals, considering shorter stays, or exploring winter rentals, we've got you covered.

Please note that this unit is non-smoking and available for winter rentals with a minimum stay of 4 nights or more. Large gatherings, ceremonies, tents, or outside music are not permitted.

Bedding arrangement: 5 Double beds, 3 Twin beds, and a Queen Sleeper Sofa. This unit allows one dog up to 50lbs, and if bringing a pet, shot records will be required either prior to or at check-in.

Bedspreads, blankets and pillows are included with The Green Cottage. Linen rentals as well as miscellaneous equipment rentals are available from Booe Realty if you do not wish to travel with your own. For peace of mind, Booe Realty does offer travel insurance through Red Sky Travel Insurance and provides each renter with a Limited Accidental Damage Waiver at check-in.

Ms. Audrey with Booe Realty was an angel. We lost our place to stay after driving 6 hours to get there with no notice. She offered us this place and it was wonderful. 1 house, a lot and a street to the beach....very close! Little traffic and perfect for our family of 10. Thank goodness we had our linens, but I would have just went and bought them if I had to. The back screen porch is a peaceful, wonderful place to visit at night and in the morning to have coffee and relax. It is not fancy, but it is homey and WE LOVED IT! TY Booe Realty! You saved our vacation.
