Located in the "Avenues" section, this adorable 4 bedroom, 2 bath cottage is situated in the heart of northern Myrtle Beach and convenient to everything. The Green Cottage features a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, large screen porch, fantastic back yard, 2 car garage, cable TV, central heat/air, and a very short distance to the beach! 

A great location for those family reunions. Motorcycles are welcome. Maximum occupancy is 15 people.

Bedspreads, blankets and pillows are included with The Green Cottage. Linen rentals as well as miscellaneous equipment rentals are available from Booe Realty if you do not wish to travel with your own. For peace of mind, Booe Realty does offer travel insurance through Red Sky Travel Insurance and provides each renter with a Limited Accidental Damage Waiver at check-in.

Booe Realty offers vacation rentals, winter rentals, long term rentals and real estate sales throughout the Myrtle Beach/Grand Strand area.

Non Smoking unit. This unit is available for winter rentals. ------Must book for stays of 4 nights or more.

No large gatherings, ceremonies, tents or outside music permitted. Allows 1 dog up to 50lbs. If bringing a pet, shot records will be required prior to, or at check-in.

Ms. Audrey with Booe Realty was an angel. We lost our place to stay after driving 6 hours to get there with no notice. She offered us this place and it was wonderful. 1 house, a lot and a street to the beach....very close! Little traffic and perfect for our family of 10. Thank goodness we had our linens, but I would have just went and bought them if I had to. The back screen porch is a peaceful, wonderful place to visit at night and in the morning to have coffee and relax. It is not fancy, but it is homey and WE LOVED IT! TY Booe Realty! You saved our vacation.
