Myrtle Beach Welcomes Summer
Posted by Hope Robbins | Thursday, June 21, 2018

Happy summer 1st! Looks like it’s officially summertime!! Let the fun begin! Summertime is what songs are written about. There is nothing quite like a week away from work and the monotony of the daily routines. The warm sunny days and hot lazy nights. Vacation is where you sit back, relax and unwind from the rest of the year. Sometimes with a cool drink in your hand, sometimes a few. Summer vacation is the adult equivalent to a kid’s “schools out”.

And everyone knows when you are planning a week away with the family, everyone is in a frenzy to get packed and going! With that frame of mind, there is always something left behind. So to help out with packing, we have comprised a little list of items you may want to bring when staying in one of our Myrtle Beach vacation rentals.

Laundry detergent

Additional rolls of paper towels
Additional trash can liners (large ones too!)
Additional toilet paper
Don’t forget the Antibacterial soap!

Zip-Loc bags, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, etc.
Condiments, spices, etc.

Toiletries
Hairdryer (some properties provide these)
Umbrellas (let’s hope you won’t need this one)

However, also with summer comes a few storms. Although it is a word we aren’t allowed to say, June through November has all of us watching the weather. If ever there is such an event (that we hope does NOT happen), below are some links you may want to familiarize yourself with.
