How do I go about making a reservation?
You can either call us toll free at 1-800-845-0647 or fill out our Myrtle Beach Winter Rental Form and you will be contacted by one of our vacation planners within 48 hours. Once you have decided on a Myrtle Beach winter rental, let one of our friendly reservations agents answer any questions and then book your stay with us. It’s that simple.
In addition to the rental rate, what extra fees are there?
If your stay is longer than 90 days, there will be no tax of 13%. In addition to any tax, there is a one time cleaning fee (depending on the property size), reservation fee, and linen fee (if linens are rented). Your rental includes a $50 utility credit. You will be responsible for the any electric charges over $50. Of course water and phone service are included at no charge.
If I rent a property for more than a month, do I have to pay for all the months up front?
NO. Monthly rentals will pay the first month's rent, taxes, and fees 60 days prior to arrival. Each of the following month's rent will be due 30 days prior to beginning of the month.
I have a pet. Can I bring him or her?
Possibly. We have many pet friendly Myrtle Beach properties. We do have a size limit and there will be a non-refundable fee that will go towards carpet cleaning and spraying after your departure. We know that it is hard to leave Fido behind, so we encourage you to find one of the pet friendly properties and enjoy the beach together!
Do I have to forward my mail to the property?
No. You can forward your mail to our office and stop by to pick it up at your convenience.
I am staying there for months at a time. What if I need extra items for the property such as kitchen items, extra blankets, etc??
We want you to feel at home and comfortable your entire stay. If there is anything you need, within, reason, of course we will try to accommodate your every need.
