Barefoot Landing, a renowned destination, is a mere 10-minute drive away. What's more, Phase 3 of A Place at The Beach is situated next to the world-famous Ocean Annies Beach Club.

Booe Realty proudly manages a selection of A Place at The Beach condos, including Oceanfront, Oceanview, and Second Row units, ensuring a professionally maintained and memorable vacation rental experience.

Our A Place at The Beach accommodations feature 2 bedrooms with either 1.5 or 2 baths. These charming vacation rentals offer spacious living rooms, dining areas, fully equipped kitchens, and private balconies. 

The resort complex boasts an array of amenities, including swimming pools, sun decks, a grilling area, and convenient beach access. Each building is equipped with coin-operated washer and dryer facilities. Please note that A Place at The Beach does not permit pets or motorcycles on the premises.

For added peace of mind, Booe Realty offers travel insurance through Red Sky Travel Insurance and provides each renter with a Limited Accidental Damage Waiver upon check-in. We offer a wide range of rental options, including vacation rentals, winter rentals, long-term rentals, and real estate sales throughout the Myrtle Beach/Grand Strand area.

Our Myrtle Beach vacation rentals are available for weekly stays and may also be open for daily reservations and winter rentals. Each property includes one parking pass.

This unit features 1 Queen bed, 1 Double bed, 1 Twin bed, and a Queen sleeper sofa, ensuring comfortable and convenient accommodations for your stay

Bedspreads, blankets and pillows are included with this vacation rental. Linen rentals as well as miscellaneous equipment rentals are available from Booe Realty if you do not wish to travel with your own. For peace of mind,

The condo was always clean. Loved sitting out on the balcony listening to the music from Auntie Anne's before bed oh yea and watch the fireworks. Great location! Hope to be back in the future...

This was our first time staying and this place was fantastic. It was clean and everything is up to date. Simply open a bottle of wine, sit on the balcony and listen to the waves and the music from ocean annie's. Can't wait to return!

This is the fourth year in a row that we have stayed in Unit 1D. The place is always clean and every year you can see that something else has been freshened to keep the place like new. Granite counters, leather furniture, amazing master bath and perfect location. Steps to the beach, and we can see the band at Ocean Anine's from the deck. Walking distance to many restaurants. We love this place and can't wait to be back next year!
