A Place at The Beach 9530 2C is conveniently adjacent to the world-famous Ocean Annie's Beach Bar, ensuring you're just steps from the stunning oceanfront. Booe Realty proudly manages a selection of Oceanfront, Oceanview, and Second Row vacation rental properties within A Place at The Beach, offering you professionally maintained accommodations.

Our A Place at The Beach condos feature 2 bedrooms and either 1.5 or 2 baths. Each rental boasts spacious living rooms, dining areas, fully equipped kitchens, and balconies where you can savor breathtaking views. Standard amenities like air conditioning and television are included in every condominium. 

Within the resort complex, you'll discover a host of amenities to enhance your stay, such as swimming pools, sun decks, a grilling area, and direct beach access. Coin-operated washer and dryer facilities are available in each building for your convenience. Please note that A Place at The Beach has a no-pet and no-motorcycle policy to maintain a serene environment.

For your peace of mind, Booe Realty offers travel insurance through Red Sky Travel Insurance and provides each renter with a Limited Accidental Damage Waiver upon check-in. We are your comprehensive source for vacation rentals, winter rentals, long-term rentals, and real estate sales throughout the Myrtle Beach/Grand Strand area.

Our Myrtle Beach vacation rentals are available for weekly stays and may also be open for daily reservations and winter rentals. Each property includes one parking pass.

My husband and I had a fabulous stay in your unit. There was plenty of beach gear and ample kitchen supplies. It had everything anyone could want except a washer/dryer in the unit. It was beautifully decorated but the spare bedroom only had an older model TV, which I don’t know if it worked or not. The location was great. We enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at this well maintained condo. The condo was clean and tastefully decorated with plenty of beach gear available for use. The furniture was in newer condition and everything worked wonderfully. The only reason I didn't give it a five star rating was because the kitchen supplies could have been more plentiful with some pizza pans or perhaps some cookie sheets for baking. Thanks for sharing your place with our family we couldn't have been happier with our choice.
