South Wind Resorts units offer 3 bedrooms / 2 baths, 3 bedroom / 3 bath, 4 bedroom / 3 bath and 5 bedroom / 4 bath condos. These wonderful vacation rentals all have living rooms, dining area, completely equipped kitchen and a balcony. Condominiums come equipped with such standard amenities as central heat / air conditioning, carpeting, cable television, telephone, microwave, washer/dryer and dishwasher. Also, each condo features a tiled entry, granite counter tops, large master suites and all are situated oceanfront so you can enjoy incredible views of the beautiful Atlantic! All units have high speed internet. This complex features many on-site amenities such as a large oceanfront water recreation area with outdoor and indoor pools,indoor and outdoor hot tubs, a lazy river, kiddie pool, meeting facilities, and a fully equipped exercise room. South Wind Resorts does not allow pets or motorcycles on the premises. Two parking spaces per unit. Parking is only on the upper section of parking garage. Please inquire at the bottom of each property page as to the bedding sizes in each bedroom.
Bedspreads, blankets and pillows are included with this vacation rental. Linen rentals as well as miscellaneous equipment rentals are available from Booe Realty if you do not wish to travel with your own. For peace of mind, Booe Realty does offer travel insurance through CSA Travel Protection and provides each renter with a Limited Accidental Damage Waiver at check-in. Booe Realty offers vacation rentals, winter rentals, long term rentals and real estate sales throughout the Myrtle Beach/Grand Strand area. Myrtle Beach vacation rentals at South Wind Resorts are available for weekly vacation rentals and may be available for daily stays and winter rentals.
