General Information

Pelican's Watch resort condominium complex is situated on the very popular Shore Drive section of Myrtle Beach and includes Oceanfront, Oceanview and Second Row professionally managed vacation rental properties offered by Booe Realty. Pelican's Watch is located just steps away from the famous Ocean Annies Oceanfront Beach Bar. Pelican's Watch units have 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. These wonderful and spacious vacation rentals all have living rooms, dining area, completely equipped kitchen and a balcony. Condominiums come equipped with such standard amenities as central heat / air conditioning, carpeting, cable television, telephone, microwave, full size washer/dryer and dishwasher. The resort complex features an oceanfront swimming pool, sun decks, a grilling area and beach access. Please see the detailed description below of the bedding sizes for this particular property. The maximum occupancy is 8 people. Motorcycles are not allowed.

Bedspreads, blankets and pillows are included with this vacation rental. Linen rentals as well as miscellaneous equipment rentals are available from Booe Realty if you do not wish to travel with your own. For peace of mind, Booe Realty does offer travel insurance through CSA Travel Protection and provides each renter with a Limited Accidental Damage Waiver at check-in. We have used Booed Realty in the past and have enjoyed Pelicans Landing and Watch condos many times, however we were disappointed in 320 due to the sparsely stocked kitchen, uncomfortable mattresses and the racist picaninny doll displayed on the shelf in condo. We spent a great deal of our vacation explaining to our biracial daughters what the doll represented and why anyone would want to display it at a vacation home, especially when the owners couldn't possibly be aware of the ethinicities that may rent their condo. Overall we still Had a nice time but would never choose 320 again. --Message from Manager-- Wow. We would first like to thank you for your loyalty to Booe Realty. We stayed in Pelican Watch 320 for a week. Came in after hours and picking up keys was easy. Staff was very helpful. The condo was mostly clean, however, specially the sofa needs cleaning. Internet stopped working after 2 days and restored within a day which is good. Microwave was not working when we arrive, and informed them next day, however, it never got fixed, which was a major inconvenient. It had a lot of pots and pans, a blender, diswasher, and washer & dryer. There were also some body boards which you could use. Elevator was convenient, and there are two carts to use to carry your stuff which is also good, Condo was very close to the beach, and traffic on the Shore Dr (which you have to cross) is not bad. The pool is also acorss the street close to the beach, and was not very crowded. We enjoyed our stay at the beach.
