Pelican's Watch is located just steps away from the famous Ocean Annies Oceanfront Beach Bar. Pelican's Watch units have 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. These wonderful and spacious vacation rentals all have living rooms, dining area, completely equipped kitchen and a balcony. Condominiums come equipped with such standard amenities as central heat / air conditioning, carpeting, cable television, telephone, microwave, full size washer/dryer and dishwasher. The resort complex features an oceanfront swimming pool, sun decks, a grilling area and beach access. Please see the detailed description below of the bedding sizes for this particular property. The maximum occupancy is 8 people. Motorcycles are not allowed (no trailers).
Bedspreads, blankets and pillows are included with this vacation rental. Linen rentals as well as miscellaneous equipment rentals are available from Booe Realty if you do not wish to travel with your own. For peace of mind, Booe Realty does offer travel insurance through CSA Travel Protection and provides each renter with a Limited Accidental Damage Waiver at check-in.
