These beautiful 2 BR / 2 BA villas are situated less than one block from the beach on the ocean side of Ocean Blvd.. The Ocean Dunes Villas vacation rentals all have living rooms, dining area and a completely equipped kitchen. Each villa comes equipped with such standard amenities as central heat / air conditioning, carpeting, cable television, telephone, microwave and dishwasher. This complex offers an outdoor pool and a very short walk to the beach. The Ocean Dunes Villas does allow pets with a small fee and motorcycles are welcome. Trailers are not allowed. Please see the detailed description below of the bedding sizes for this particular property. The maximum occupancy is 10 people.
Bedspreads, blankets and pillows are included with this vacation rental. Linen rentals as well as miscellaneous equipment rentals are available from Booe Realty if you do not wish to travel with your own. For peace of mind, Booe Realty does offer travel insurance through CSA Travel Protection and provides each renter with a Limited Accidental Damage Waiver at check-in. Booe Realty offers vacation rentals, winter rentals, long term rentals and real estate sales throughout the Myrtle Beach/Grand Strand area. Myrtle Beach vacation rentals at Ocean Dunes Villas units are available for weekly vacation rentals and may be available for daily stays and winter rentals.
