These exclusive condos are professionally managed vacation rental properties that are offered by Booe Realty. The Meridian Plaza feature spacious 1 bedroom / 1 bath units. These wonderful vacation rentals all have living rooms, dining area, completely equipped kitchen and an oceanfront balcony with fantastic views of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. These condominiums come equipped with such standard amenities as heat / air conditioning, carpeting, cable television, telephone, microwave and dishwasher. The Meridian Plaza onsite offers indoor and outdoor pools, oceanfront hot tubs, onsite laundry, and Internet access. The Meridian Plaza does not allow pets or motorcycles. Bedspreads, blankets and pillows are included with this vacation rental. Linen rentals as well as miscellaneous equipment rentals are available from Booe Realty if you do not wish to travel with your own. For peace of mind, Booe Realty does offer travel insurance through CSA Travel Protection and provides each renter with a Limited Accidental Damage Waiver at check-in. Booe Realty offers vacation rentals, winter rentals, long term rentals and real estate sales throughout the Myrtle Beach/Grand Strand area. Myrtle Beach vacation rentals in the Meridian Plaza complex are available for weekly vacation rentals and may be available for daily stays and winter rentals.
