General InformationThe Arcadian I and II oceanfront resort condominium complex are situated on the very secluded Arcadian Shore section of Myrtle Beach. These beautiful condos are professionally managed vacation rental properties that are offered by Booe Realty. Arcadian I and II feature spacious 2 bedroom / 2 baths or 3 bedroom / 2 bath condos. These wonderful vacation rentals all have a living room, dining area, completely equipped kitchen and an oceanfront balcony with fantastic views of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. These condominiums come equipped with such standard amenities as central heat / air conditioning, carpeting, cable television, telephone, microwave and dishwasher. Washers and dryers are provided on each floor for your convenience. The resort complex features an oceanfront swimming pool, fabulous ocean views and easy beach access. Arcadian I and II do not allow pets or motorcycles on the premises. Please see the detailed description below of the bedding sizes for this particular property. The maximum occupancy in the 2 bedroom units are 6 people and a maximum occupancy of 8 in the 3 bedroom units.
Bedspreads, blankets and pillows are included with this vacation rental. Linen rentals as well as miscellaneous equipment rentals are available from Booe Realty if you do not wish to travel with your own. For peace of mind, Booe Realty does offer travel insurance through CSA Travel Protection and provides each renter with a Limited Accidental Damage Waiver at check-in. Booe Realty offers vacation rentals, winter rentals, long term rentals and real estate sales throughout the Myrtle Beach/Grand Strand area. Myrtle Beach vacation rentals in the Arcadian I and II resort complex are available for weekly vacation rentals and may be available for daily stays and winter rentals.

   | At the Beach from Butler, PA 6/1/2009 | Great location, not over crowded, while the condos on either side of us were packed 3 to 4 rows deep with people on the beach, we had a clear view of the beach every day. Very secure building with nice pool and grounds. On site storage area for beach gear so you were not dragging sand everywhere. The air conditioning did appear to be dripping moisture on the entry floor, which we reported when we checked out, so I am sure it will be addressed. We would stay here again in a minute. This is the 3rd time we have rented from Booe Realty and we will rent from them again.

| | The Soules, Butler, PA 6/16-6/23/2012 | This is our second time staying at ArcadianII C15. Great location, nice clean property. Again loved the on site storage for beach gear. Very quiet, uncrowded. Again just like 2 years ago the large buildings near us were like sardines on the beach - our area was un crowded plenty of room to play with the kids. Booe Realty is always great to deal with - very helpful - process is very easy. We highly recommend them and this unit! See you at the beach!!!!!! |
