General Information

The A Place at The Beach resort condominium complex is situated on the very popular Shore Drive section of Myrtle Beach and includes Oceanfront, Oceanview and Second Row professionally managed vacation rental properties offered by Booe Realty. A Place at The Beach units have 2 bedrooms and either 1.5 or 2 baths. These wonderful vacation rentals all have living rooms, dining area, completely equipped kitchen and a balcony. Condominiums come equipped with such standard amenities as air conditioning, carpeting, cable television, telephone, microwave and dishwasher. The resort complex features swimming pools, sun decks, a grilling area and beach access. Each building has coin operated washer and dryer facilities. A Place at The Beach does not allow pets or motorcycles on the premises. Please see the detailed description below of the bedding sizes for this particular property. The maximum occupancy is 6 people.

Bedspreads, blankets and pillows are included with this vacation rental. Linen rentals as well as miscellaneous equipment rentals are available from Booe Realty if you do not wish to travel with your own. For peace of mind, Booe Realty does offer travel insurance through CSA Travel Protection and provides each renter with a Limited Accidental Damage Waiver at check-in. Booe Realty offers vacation rentals, winter rentals, long term rentals and real estate sales throughout the Myrtle Beach/Grand Strand area. Myrtle Beach vacation rentals in the A Place at The Beach resort complex are available for weekly vacation rentals and may be available for daily stays and winter rentals.

Fantastic location, right on top of the beach. We loved listening to the live music from Ocean annies. The unit is not huge, but it was very clean and well maintained, with a couple of minor exceptions. If you want to see beach from all windows and the deck, this is a great spot. Our trip to Myrtle Beach was fantastic. The beach house we stayed at was amazing and very very close to the beach. The kids loved the pool as well.

This is the 2nd time we rented this unit. We love the location of it and it being oceanfront. The changes to the kitchen area (since we were there in 07/2008) were great. It's a really nice unit and we had requested it specifically this year after staying in it in 2008. I like the location next to Ocean annies, we can listen to the music from the balcony. The only thing I could see being improved is the shower in the master bath is small. But overall, i would rent this unit again. Thanks so much!!
