General InformationSummertree Village condominium complex is situated in the very popular Shore Drive section of Myrtle Beach and is a very short walk to the beach. Summertree Village is a professionally managed vacation rental property offered by Booe Realty. Summertree Village offers 2 bedroom 2 bath or 3 bedroom 2 bath units. These wonderful vacation rentals all have living rooms, dining area, completely equipped kitchen, enclosed screen porch and a balcony. Condominiums come equipped with such standard amenities as central heat / air conditioning, carpeting, cable television, telephone, microwave, washer/dryer and dishwasher. The resort complex features indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sun decks and a grilling area. Summertree Village does not allow pets or motorcycles on the premises. Bedspreads, blankets and pillows are included with this vacation rental. Linen rentals as well as miscellaneous equipment rentals are available from Booe Realty if you do not wish to travel with your own. For peace of mind, Booe Realty does offer travel insurance through CSA Travel Protection and provides each renter with a Limited Accidental Damage Waiver at check-in. Booe Realty offers vacation rentals, winter rentals, long term rentals and real estate sales throughout the Myrtle Beach/Grand Strand area. Myrtle Beach vacation rentals in the Summertree Village resort complex are available for weekly vacation rentals and may be available for daily stays and winter rentals.
