General InformationConveniently located in central Myrtle Beach and very near many area attractions, The Carol Bay condominium complex is one of the many professionally managed vacation rental properties offered by Booe Realty. These beautiful 2 BR / 2 BA condominiums are situated less than one block from the beach and offer with nice ocean views from some units. The Carol Bay vacation rentals all have living rooms, dining area, completely equipped kitchen and a balcony overlooking the outdoor pool. Each condominium comes equipped with such standard amenities as central heat / air conditioning, carpeting, cable television, telephone, microwave, washer/dryer and dishwashers. This complex offers an outdoor pool and an elevator in the building. The Carol Bay does not allow pets, motorcycles or trailers. Please see the detailed description below of the bedding sizes for this particular property. The maximum occupancy is 6 people.
Bedspreads, blankets and pillows are included with this vacation rental. Linen rentals as well as miscellaneous equipment rentals are available from Booe Realty if you do not wish to travel with your own. For peace of mind, Booe Realty does offer travel insurance through CSA Travel Protection and provides each renter with a Limited Accidental Damage Waiver at check-in. Booe Realty offers vacation rentals, winter rentals, long term rentals and real estate sales throughout the Myrtle Beach/Grand Strand area. Myrtle Beach vacation rentals at The Carol Bay units are available for weekly vacation rentals and may be available for daily stays and winter rentals.
