General Information

The A Place at The Beach resort condominium complex is situated on the very popular Shore Drive section of Myrtle Beach and includes Oceanfront, Oceanview and Second Row professionally managed vacation rental properties offered by Booe Realty. A Place at The Beach units have 2 bedrooms and either 1.5 or 2 baths. These wonderful vacation rentals all have living rooms, dining area, completely equipped kitchen and a balcony. Condominiums come equipped with such standard amenities as air conditioning, carpeting, cable television, telephone, microwave and dishwasher. The resort complex features swimming pools, sun decks, a grilling area and beach access. Each building has coin operated washer and dryer facilities. A Place at The Beach does not allow pets or motorcycles on the premises. Please see the detailed description below of the bedding sizes for this particular property. The maximum occupancy is 6 people.

Bedspreads, blankets and pillows are included with this vacation rental. Linen rentals as well as miscellaneous equipment rentals are available from Booe Realty if you do not wish to travel with your own. For peace of mind, Booe Realty does offer travel insurance through CSA Travel Protection and provides each renter with a Limited Accidental Damage Waiver at check-in. Booe Realty offers vacation rentals, winter rentals, long term rentals and real estate sales throughout the Myrtle Beach/Grand Strand area. Myrtle Beach vacation rentals in the A Place at The Beach resort complex are available for weekly vacation rentals and may be available for daily stays and winter rentals.

The condo is in need of updating and a deep cleaning.The unit smells of mold and obvious dirt was evident throughout the condo. Bedspreads and blankets were stained. We have stayed at numerous units within this particular building many times in the past. We have used Booe Realty in the past and will probably do so again in the future, they are easy to work with and provide good service. We will not however be renting this particular unit ever again. The ocean view was the only good thing about this unit. --Message from Manager-- We would like to thank you for staying with us here at Booe Realty. We also thank you for your valued comments. A Place at the Beach 9670-334 has some fantastic views of the ocean and is in the perfect location to just go out and walk on the beach. Though the condo is a little outdated we enjoyed staying there. Booe Realty is a very good company to work with as well and I am sure I will use them again in the future.
