General Information

The A Place at The Beach resort condominium complex is situated on the very popular Shore Drive section of Myrtle Beach and includes Oceanfront, Oceanview and Second Row professionally managed vacation rental properties offered by Booe Realty. A Place at The Beach units have 2 bedrooms and either 1.5 or 2 baths. These wonderful vacation rentals all have living rooms, dining area, completely equipped kitchen and a balcony. Condominiums come equipped with such standard amenities as air conditioning, carpeting, cable television, telephone, microwave and dishwasher. The resort complex features swimming pools, sun decks, a grilling area and beach access. Each building has coin operated washer and dryer facilities. A Place at The Beach does not allow pets or motorcycles on the premises. Please see the detailed description below of the bedding sizes for this particular property. The maximum occupancy is 6 people.

Bedspreads, blankets and pillows are included with this vacation rental. Linen rentals as well as miscellaneous equipment rentals are available from Booe Realty if you do not wish to travel with your own. For peace of mind, Booe Realty does offer travel insurance through CSA Travel Protection and provides each renter with a Limited Accidental Damage Waiver at check-in. Booe Realty offers vacation rentals, winter rentals, long term rentals and real estate sales throughout the Myrtle Beach/Grand Strand area. Myrtle Beach vacation rentals in the A Place at The Beach resort complex are available for weekly vacation rentals and may be available for daily stays and winter rentals.

This place is outstanding and hope to be able to rent it next year. It was well remodeled and very welcoming. The best part was the beach view and of course ocean annie's band every night.

This was our 6th vacation staying in houses/condos we really enjoy this type of accomidation while on vacation. It was our 2nd time staying at the same location in Myrtle Beach. The location is great right on the side of the beach with a beautiful view and great morning sun. The complex itself is user friendly, clean and very quiet. We hope to extend our visit one more year and would chose the same location...

If you are looking for a location on Shore Drive near Ocean Annie's, this is a good choice as it is right next door. It does overlook the parking area between the condos and Ocean Annie's, but you can still see the beach and ocean clearly. Nothing fancy, but clean enough. Does not have central air conditioning, but instead uses those window or hotel type units which can be a bit noisey. Be sure to bring all of your own supplies, including soap, toilet paper, trash bags, and dish detergent. Our main complaint was the twin beds in the 2nd bedroom. The springs were poking up in the mattress of both beds. Obviously the owner never slept in this bedroom. I notified the rental company about this issue, so hopefully these have been replaced.

Condo was nice, clean, but 2nd bedroom needed some help; specifically the twin beds... needed replaced! The room was dark and dreary as well.
