This beautiful home sets on a large, private lot in the much requested Arcadian Shores section of Myrtle Beach close to shopping, the famous Restaurant Row area and the Tanger Outlet Mall. The back yard has many mature oak trees and even a swing for the little ones in the family. This is a spacious three bedroom/three bath home that will accommodate up to twelve people. The home features two living room areas, two dining areas, large kitchen, sun porch that looks out onto a beautiful lake and the ocean beyond. Cable TV (with numerous large flat screen TVs), central heat and air, two car garage and outside shower are provided for your enjoyment. Motorcycles are not permitted BUT ** bring along your four legged baby** who is welcome at Robin's Retreat. This home is a short walk to the beach or drive to the easily accessible beach access area.
Bedspreads, blankets and pillows are included with Robin's Retreatt. Linen rentals, as well as miscellaneous equipment rentals are available from Booe Realty if you do not wish to travel with your own. For peace of mind, Booe Realty offers travel insurance through CSA Travel Protection and provides each renter with a Limited Accidental Damage Waiver at check-in. Booe Realty offers vacation rentals, winter rentals, long term rentals and real estate sales throughout the Myrtle Beach/Grand Strand area.
