These units offer 3 bedrooms and 3 baths plus each of these wonderful vacation rentals have a living room, dining area, completely equipped kitchen and a balcony with beautiful views. Richmond Park condos come equipped with such standard amenities as central heat /air conditioning, carpeting, cable television, telephone, microwave, washer/dryer and dishwasher. The onsite amenities available to Booe Realty guests are the oceanfront pool at the Embassy Suites and the outdoor pool at Richmond Park. The fitness center and tennis courts are available for use with a small fee. Richmond Park does not allow pets or motorcycles. Bedspreads, blankets and pillows are included with this vacation rental. Linen rentals as well as miscellaneous equipment rentals are available from Booe Realty if you do not wish to travel with your own. For peace of mind, Booe Realty does offer travel insurance through CSA Travel Protection and provides each renter with a Limited Accidental Damage Waiver at check-in. Booe Realty offers vacation rentals, winter rentals, long term rentals and real estate sales throughout the Myrtle Beach/Grand Strand area. Myrtle Beach vacation rentals in Richmond Park are available for weekly vacation rentals and may be available for daily stays and winter rentals.
