General Information

Brand new in 2008! Guests enjoy spectacular ocean and coastline views with luxury features that are unrivaled on the Grand Strand. The Horizons Resorts condominium complex is one of the many professionally managed vacation rental properties offered by Booe Realty. This complex offers 2 bedroom / 2 bath or 3 bedroom / 2 bath condos with an ocean view from the balcony. These wonderful vacation rentals all have living rooms, dining area, completely equipped, state of the art kitchens with granite counter tops. The Horizons condominiums come equipped with such standard amenities as central heat / air conditioning, carpeting, cable television, telephone, microwave, washer/dryer and dishwasher. The Resort on-site amenities provides indoor and outdoor pools, a lazy river, hot tubs, indoor and outdoor spas, kiddie pool and numerous sun decks for just relaxing, soaking up the sunshine and watching the waves roll in. The Horizon Resorts does not allow pets but motorcycles are allowed with trailers allowed in the overflow parking lot. Please see the detailed description below of the bedding sizes for this particular property. The maximum occupancy is 10 people.

Bedspreads, blankets and pillows are included with this vacation rental. Linen rentals as well as miscellaneous equipment rentals are available from Booe Realty if you do not wish to travel with your own. For peace of mind, Booe Realty does offer travel insurance through CSA Travel Protection and provides each renter with a Limited Accidental Damage Waiver at check-in. Booe Realty offers vacation rentals, winter rentals, long term rentals and real estate sales throughout the Myrtle Beach/Grand Strand area. Myrtle Beach vacation rentals at The Horizon Resorts are available for weekly vacation rentals and may be available for daily stays and winter rentals.

Great property! Very spacious 3-bedroom 3.5 bath condo. Very clean and comfortable. Horizon hotel amenities are also very nice including indoor/outdoor pools.

This was a fabulous unit! We stayed here over for the week over Fourth of July. When we arrived the unit was in pristine condition and the rental agent had left some basics, paper towels, toilet paper and dish washing detergent. The unit was beautifully furnished and accessorized. The beds were comfortable and the unit was well stocked except it only hadvone beach chair. The layout was particularly condusive, as we were 3 couples. All the bedrooms were apart from each other, containing either a king or 2 queen beds and had their own private bathrooms. All the bedrooms opened to a balcony, and the unit had plenty of seating in the living and dining areas. It was a short walk to the beach, particulary if you walked through the underground garage. Despite the holiday weekend, the unit was very quiet. The view of the ocean was great! A wonderful value!
