Situated in the heart of the Golden Mile section of Myrtle Beach on the site of the old Ocean Forest Hotel, Ocean Forest Villas condominium complex is one of the many professionally managed vacation rental properties offered by Booe Realty. Ocean Forest Villas units offer 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. These wonderful vacation rentals all have living rooms, dining area, completely equipped kitchen and a balcony offering lovely ocean views. Condominiums come equipped with such standard amenities as heat / air conditioning, carpeting, cable television, telephone, microwave and dishwasher. These condos are located across the street with incredible ocean views! There is nothing blocking your view except sand dunes and sea gulls! Washer/Dryer facilities are located on the 2nd floor of each building for your convenience. This complex features 2 outdoor pools as well as 2 outdoor Hot Tubs! All this is situated convenient to many area attractions in the Myrtle Beach area. Ocean Forest Villas does not allow pets or motorcycles on the premises. Please see the detailed description below of the bedding sizes for this particular property. The maximum occupancy is 6 people.

Bedspreads, blankets and pillows are included with this vacation rental. Linen rentals as well as miscellaneous equipment rentals are available from Booe Realty if you do not wish to travel with your own. For peace of mind, Booe Realty does offer travel insurance through CSA Travel Protection and provides each renter with a Limited Accidental Damage Waiver at check-in. Booe Realty offers vacation rentals, winter rentals, long term rentals and real estate sales throughout the Myrtle Beach/Grand Strand area. Myrtle Beach vacation rentals at Ocean Forest Villas are available for weekly vacation rentals and may be available for daily stays and winter rentals.

Check-in was fast and efficient. We thought the condo was beautifully decorated and the view awesome. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything needed to prepare meals. The best thing was the beautiful view and do not have anything ti complain about.

I was very pleased with our accomidations that we had at the condo. It was my parents and daughters first trip to the beach and I will never stay at another hotel again. We had 2 spacious bedrooms and an excellent view. We had gotten there a little earlier then the check in time and we were able to get the key and begin unpacking. We enjoyed a well landscaped patio, 2 pools, a kiddie pool and a hot tub. It was very private and it was nice to not have to worry about our personal items because we were the only ones who had access to the condo. I will definitely rent this condo again in the future and I am through with hotels now that I have stayed there. The staff was very accomidating as well.
