The Green Cottage features a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, large screen porch, fantastic back yard, 2 car garage, cable TV, central heat/air, and a very short walk to the beach! A great location for those family reunions. No pets allowed, but motorcycles are welcome. Maximum occupancy is 12 people.
Bedspreads, blankets and pillows are included with The Green Cottage. Linen rentals as well as miscellaneous equipment rentals are available from Booe Realty if you do not wish to travel with your own. For peace of mind, Booe Realty does offer travel insurance through CSA Travel Protection and provides each renter with a Limited Accidental Damage Waiver at check-in. Booe Realty offers vacation rentals, winter rentals, long term rentals and real estate sales throughout the Myrtle Beach/Grand Strand area.
