Pelican's Watch resort condominium complex is situated on the very popular Shore Drive section of Myrtle Beach and includes Oceanfront, Oceanview and Second Row professionally managed vacation rental properties offered by Booe Realty. Pelican's Watch is located just steps away from the famous Ocean Annies Oceanfront Beach Bar. Pelican's Watch units have 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. These wonderful and spacious vacation rentals all have living rooms, dining area, completely equipped kitchen and a balcony. Condominiums come equipped with such standard amenities as central heat / air conditioning, carpeting, cable television, telephone, microwave, full size washer/dryer and dishwasher. The resort complex features an oceanfront swimming pool, sun decks, a grilling area and beach access. Standard bedding for these vacation rentals includes: 2 Queen beds (or perhaps 1 King and 1 Queen), 2 Twin Beds and a Queen Sleeper Sofa. Please inquire as to the bedding sizes. The maximum occupancy is 8 people. Motorcycles are not allowed.
