These exclusive Carolinian Resort condos are professionally managed vacation rental properties that are offered by Booe Realty. The Carolinian Resort features spacious 1 bedroom / 1 bath units. These wonderful vacation rentals all have living rooms, dining area, completely equipped kitchen and an oceanfront balcony with stunning views of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. These condominiums come equipped with such standard amenities as heat / air conditioning, carpeting, cable television, telephone, microwave, washer/dryer and dishwasher. The Carolinian Resort onsite amenities include an indoor and outdoor pool, lazy river, kiddie pool, fitness room and game room. This condo is very close to many restaurants and shopping attractions that are easily within walking distance. The Carolinian Resorts does not allow pets but motorcycles are welcome.(not trailers). Standard bedding for these vacation rentals includes: 2 Double Beds and a Queen Sleeper Sofa. Please inquire as to the bedding sizes. The maximum occupancy is 6 people.
