Heron Pointe is a professionally managed vacation rental property offered by Booe Realty. Heron Pointe offers 2 bedroom/2 bath or 3 bedroom/2 bath units. These wonderful vacation rentals all have living rooms, dining area, completely equipped kitchen, enclosed screen porch and a balcony. Condominiums come equipped with such standard amenities as central heat /air conditioning, carpeting, cable television, telephone, microwave, washer/dryer and dishwasher. The resort complex features indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sun decks and a grilling area. Heron Pointe does not allow pets, motorcycles or golf carts on the premises. Standard bedding for these vacation rentals includes: 1 Queen bed, 2 Twin Beds and a Queen Sleeper Sofa. Please inquire as to the bedding sizes. The maximum occupancy is 6 people in the 2 bedroom and 8 people in the 3 bedroom.
