When do I get a printed confirmation or something in the mail?
When your deposit of 50% of the rental amount is paid.

When is my deposit due?
Within 10 days of your booking the property. If no deposit is paid, the reservation will be cancelled.

Do I need to return anything?
There are two places on the back of the reservation form. Sign the top space if you want to decline the travel insurance and have it removed from your reservation. EVERYONE must sign the bottom portion to guarantee your reservation. This form must be returned to our office within 10 days of receipt.

What forms of payment do you accept?
VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, money order, cash or check. Checks will not be accepted within 21 days of arrival. No exceptions.

Where do I check in?
Our office which is located at 7728 N. Kings Hwy, Myrtle Beach, SC 29572 after 3:00 pm. Do not go directly to the property.
A major credit card will be needed for imprint on the security deposit form.

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in begins at 3:00pm, check-out is before 10:00am. If you arrive early, check to see if your unit is available.

Where do I take the keys?
Please return ALL keys to our office, 7728 N. Kings Hwy, Myrtle Beach, SC 29572.
If the office is closed, leave the keys in the drop box between the two panes of glass.

What do I need for check in?
Your confirmation or reservation number is helpful. If not, last name is great. A major credit card for imprint on the security deposit form.

Are linens provided?
Linens are NOT provided. You will need to order linens at least two weeks prior to arrival, if you do not bring your own.
We would appreciate a 10 days advance notice to insure linens are in your unit upon your arrival.

Where do I pick up my keys if I am arriving late?
A lock box is located on the front of our office building. Keys will be put in that box and a code will be provided to you by our 24-hour answering service at 843-449-3475. Please inform us if you will be a late arrival.

Where should I put the keys if I am checking out before the office opens?
A drop box is located by the front door. Drop the keys in it and please have a safe trip home!

We will take an imprint of a current VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER for your security deposit. We will give you keys, map, information sheet and copies of your security deposit form and damage waiver form.
