I was delighted to receive your email inquiring about our recent stay at the Southern Paradise I beach house and am certainly happy to share my thoughts.

A summer vacation in Myrtle Beach has been an annual event for my family for the past 20+ years. Over the years, we have always stayed in one of the local hotels. This year, as our plans continued to grow and included our extended families, we decided to try something different and look into renting a beach house where we could all stay together. While my search began by surfing the internet, I soon realized our options were unlimited and actually overwhelming! I finally decided to contact Booe Realty directly for some personalized assistance. I told the representative what we were looking for and when we planned to travel and our price range. The Southern Paradise I was instantly identified as matching our requirements and I was directed to the website to view the beach house details and photos! It looked like just what we had in mind! We made the reservation and kept our fingers crossed that the photos would prove to be accurate and true upon our arrival! What a pleasant surprise when we arrived to find the house even more beautiful than expected! The house was super clean, rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated and there was more than adequate parking for all our family!

We were so impressed that we’ve bookmarked your website and will be recommending your services and specifically the Southern Paradise I to all our friends!

We had a wonderful time! The house was hard to find because the street it is on is not marked, but once we found it, it was really nice. It was nice and clean and the neighborhood was very friendly. We met many new friends who come each year to that neighborhood, and we hope to maybe join them next year.

Pelican's Watch 216

Our stay at Pelican Watch was wonderful! We have enjoyed vacationing at Myrtle Beach for over twenty years and have stayed at PW for the past fifteen. We have close friends that own a beautiful unit at PW and always get to meet nice people each year. Our children love the pool and beach access is easy even though we stay across the street. The maintenance man, Bill, has been helpful when needed on-site and Booe realty was quick to respond this year with an issue, they were there as scheduled and fixed the problem at once! I recommend Pelican Watch to everyone.

Laurel Court 214 - Kingston Plantation

I just came home from one of the best vacation experiences of my life! The accommodations at Kingston Plantation are beyond compare. We enjoyed all of the comforts of home plus a beautiful, peaceful, relaxing setting. The beach was close enough to walk to, yet we had the privacy and quiet we wanted by not being in the center of the crowded oceanfront high risers. I would recommend this rental to anyone, and appreciated the customer friendly website and office personnel at Booe Realty. Thank you for a wonderful week!

Harborside 102

We were extremely pleased with our rental at 102 Harbourside Condominiums. The kitchen was everything we needed, the two full bathrooms were an added bonus, while the two bedrooms were very functional. The beds were comfortable, and heavy draperies made for excellent sleeping conditions. The living area was spacious and provided plenty of seating. It was very convenient to have the stackable washer/dryer in the unit. The pool was fantastic, the water refreshing, and all just off our balconies. Additionally, we were in close proximity to everything we wanted to do throughout the week. Parking was never a problem as it was available right outside our front door. All in all, it was a fantastic week, and I'd rent the same place again!

We had a great time! Pelican Landing 216 was wonderful. It was clean and decorated nicely.

Atlantic Breeze

The space in the house was great for our family vacation, but we did have some problems with plumbing and lack of working electrical outlets, but I guess that could be expected with an older house. We wish we had known about the small spiral staircase to downstairs as those bedrooms were inaccessible to the older people and in our crowd and the washer/dryer area was very inconvenient and not what we really expected. We thought there should have been rods put up in the closets as there was no place to put clothes at all in a couple of the bedrooms, no chests or dressers. We did all love the porch. I have to say that Booe realty was great about getting someone out quickly about our plumbing problem.

Summertime 4

First, let me say the condo unit was very well equipped with everything from nice dishes, plates and silverware, to pots, pans and two full bathrooms with excellent working showers.  The washer and dryer was a blessing. The air conditioning was superb.  The furniture was very comfortable as were the beds and the shades that let in the sun or provided for dark sleeping quarters.  As for electronic equipment, WOW! A huge flat screen TV with high def in the living room and a wall mounted flat screen in the master bedroom.  We also had two CD players...but never used them.  The back porch was nice to sit and relax.

The pool was very nice, clean and refreshing.  There was even a wall mounted roll of doggy bags in the garage area. 

Two things were disconcerting: first the unit was 4 blocks from the beach and it was cumbersome carrying chairs and cooler and umbrella and beach bag the distance.  When at the condo, it didn't seem like you were in Myrtle Beach. We had no view of the ocean.   The distance of this unit from Booe Realty was inconvenient.  Upon checking in and out, we needed to drive many miles in the wrong direction to obtain keys or drop them off

Long Bay Resorts 751
The condo was great. Very spacious and clean. The location was great as well, not too crowded on the beach or at the pool and all the staff at the Long Bay was pleasant, friendly and helpful. The staff at Booe was also pleasant and helpful, we had trouble with the AC and they sent someone right out to fix it. Our overall stay was wonderful and we will definitely be back next year and hope to do business with Booe reality again. Thanks again,

Long Bay Resort 551
We have used Booe Realty for several years on several different properties. They are very straight forward and easy to work with. I do feel the linens should be provided in the rental of the unit. The property is sufficient but needs some updating. The curtain rod in one of the bedrooms was reported as damaged, but never repaired. The sun deck is a nice addition on space. The location is perfect for shopping, dining and entertainment while at the beach.

Booe Realty was one of the pleasant vacation rental companies I have dealt with. Was happy to answer any questions I had (and I had many). The room was beautiful, clean and spacious. Especially loved the rocking chairs on the balcony. We had actually inquired about the room for our October trip, but it was already booked.

Ledbetter Cottage
Working with Booe Realty was effortless. Very easy transaction. The house is a little older but in very good condition. Nice hardwood floors throughout the house. Nicely decorated. Shower and foot shower on side porch, which opens directly into a bathroom. Very nice for keeping sand out of the rest of the house. Plenty of room for everyone.Great views of the beach and ocean. Has a nice yard and sunporch. Easy access to the beach. The only downfall we noticed was there was no lighting in the sunporch or backyard. We would have really enjoyed sitting and talking in these areas at night instead of having to stay indoors, but it was just too dark for that while we were there. Would probably be OK if there is a full moon.
